Montazzi Reunion

Kris and I hosted a little reunion tonight for all the people who we spent time with at the Villa Montazzi in Tuscany back in October, or at least for all the people who aren’t still on the continent. Everyone brought their photos, digital or otherwise, along with some tasty Italian nibblies and beverages. So much prosciutto!

Our major homeowner accomplishment over the last little while was redoing our main bathroom on the top floor. It took two solid weekends of effort and various intervening evenings to complete, but the bathroom is now ready just in time for holiday traffic. We’re both quite proud of the mirror, which is certainly the showpiece of the room, because it was truly a joint effort on our part.
I’m looking forward to my own little Montazzi Reunion in less than a weeks’ time :). Not to mention the new bathroom….

If I were you, I’d angle an invite for a personal tour instead of digital pics - I mean, you ARE on the same CONTINENT and everything, much less CITY…

Merry christms to you all! On looking for detail of the Villa Montazzi, having seen it listed on a holiday website, I found your dead squid website. Looks a fantastic place. A bit of a cheek but can you give me some detail on the pool. It seems to be slightly above ground (about 2 feet) but can you tell me how deep the pool is below the ground level? Happy new year!!
